Shaping Yoga
Thursday, August 21st, 2008Yoga arose in ancient Republic of India. The intelligence “yoga” is Sanskrit for “brotherhood,” and yoga is realised as a brotherhood of organic structure, mind and smell. Asana, notwithstanding, is only one of the “eight tree branchs” of yoga.
